Returns

Because every item is custom printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll gladly provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution after reviewing the issue.
