Stellar Cartography

This piece is a cartography of the internal sky. The artist sought to visualize the profound connection between the micro-cosmos of the human body and the macro-cosmos of the universe, using the precise, shared language of geometry. Inspired by both traditional chakra maps and astronomical charts, this artwork imagines that our internal energy paths align directly with star systems. It captures the moment a seeker understands their body not as a solid entity, but as a dynamic network of light, fully integrated into the architecture of the cosmos—a true 'star person.'

The artwork is entirely illustrative line-art, representing conceptual knowledge. The golden connecting lines signify both star constellations and the subtle energy channels (nadis) within the body. The complex background mandala is the 'sacred geometry' of the cosmos, representing universal order. The colored lights along the central axis are the seven Chakras (Root to Crown), visualized as stars. This piece symbolizes Yoga—union—representing the integration of human energetic structure with cosmic law, illustrating that we are 'mapped' to the stars and finding structural order in both.
