Yes. Every framed canvas and framed art print arrives with pre-installed hanging hardware, so it's ready to display as soon as it reaches your home.
What materials do you use?
We use premium framed canvas and fine art paper, printed with archival-quality, UV-resistant inks to ensure exceptional detail, rich color, and lasting beauty. Every piece is professionally framed and carefully inspected before shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order with care. Production typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States. International delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to ensure every product photo accurately represents the artwork. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to different monitor and screen settings.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely. Our artwork makes a thoughtful gift for housewarmings, birthdays, weddings, and other meaningful occasions. If you're sending it directly to someone special, simply enter their shipping address during checkout. Although we don't currently offer gift wrapping, every piece is carefully packaged to arrive beautifully presented.
Can I return my order?
Because each artwork is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page anytime to check the latest delivery status.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
We carefully inspect every order before it ships, but if your artwork arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos. We'll work quickly to arrange a replacement.
